- ... ### Your Responsibilities:

Independent review and processing of maintenance and repair contracts, as well as contracts in the areas of housekeeping (HSK) and IT
-
Review and evaluation of offers with regard to legal aspects and contract terms
-
Support of the legal department in contract drafting and negotiation
-
Monitoring and management of contract deadlines, particularly concerning maintenance and service contracts
-
Clarification of legal issues in collaboration with the specialist departments
-
Preparation of contract documents and legal briefs
-
Maintenance and organization of contract files and documentation of relevant contract details

Close collaboration with internal departments such as purchasing, IT, and facility management to ensure the smooth execution of contract transactions and offer processes
We are a good fit if you have the following qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a legal assistant

Sound knowledge of contract law, ideally with experience in the hotel or hospitality industry

Excellent knowledge of maintenance, repair, and IT contracts

Proficient in MS Office, ideally also with legal databases and document management systems

Independent and precise work style with a high level of attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Good English skills are an advantage
