Your responsibilities:
- Organization of the reception and reservations area
- Sales of accommodations and services
- Organization and cost calculation of events
- Commercial management and control
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Planning, optimization, and implementation of work and personnel processes
- Interacting with guests and shaping the guest experience
We're a good fit if you have the following:
- Secondary school diploma
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Ambition and a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to work weekends and holidays
- A genuine guest and service orientation
- Communication and teamwork skills
- MS Office skills
