Monitoring and ensuring the functionality of technical systems
-
Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
-
Maintaining and caring for properties
-
Supervising and documenting the work of external service providers
-
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the interior and exterior areas, including the upkeep of green spaces

Serving as a contact person for employees and tradespeople
We're a good fit if you have the following:
- Knowledge and experience in the technical field
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to work weekends when necessary
- Service orientation and a structured, solution-oriented work style
- Strong communication skills
