And much more! ... ### Your responsibilities include the following key areas:

• Generating the best possible occupancy rates – collaboration with our Yield Department (located in the same office)
• Optimal collaboration and information sharing with the relevant departments at the hotels and with caterers
• Receiving and processing all group reservations for our German Plaza Hotels (25 hotels nationwide) via telephone, email, and fax
• Monitoring option data and deposit management
• Creating and posting advance payments and forecasts
• Defining and monitoring room sales strategies – in conjunction with the respective hotel manager
• Managing FIT (Full Accommodation Package) allotments
• Market and customer analysis, and competitor monitoring

We are a good fit if you have the following qualifications:

• Professional experience in the hotel industry – ideally in reservations or a call center

• A knack for numbers

• Resilient, flexible, and responsible

• Independent, proactive, and dedicated work ethic

• Charming and professional demeanor

• Knowledge of Protel Air is an advantage

• Team player Strong communication and sales skills

• Friendly and confident demeanor - pleasant voice

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
