• And much more! ### Your Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing telephone and written reservation requests in consultation with the respective Cluster Supervisor

• Daily monitoring of bookings imported from online booking portals into Protel for the respective cluster hotels

• Follow-up processing of these reservations in accordance with PLAZA processing standards

• Processing and responding to guest messages in online portals, if necessary in consultation with the Supervisor or Reservations Manager

• Processing reservation changes and special requests

• Monitoring options, traces, and advance payments

We're a great fit if you have the following qualifications:

• Experience in front office and/or reservations is essential
• Fluent written German and English skills
• Permanent residence in Germany
• Ideally, you even have prior experience with Protel Air (if not, you'll definitely learn it with us)
