• Managing the hotels in a region as the main point of contact for all individual reservation requests

• Leading and motivating the small reservation team in the respective region

• Handling individual reservations from our international guests in a friendly and professional manner via all communication channels

• Creating customized offers

• Recording and maintaining guest and reservation data

We're a great fit if you have the following:

• Experience in front office and/or reservations
• Fluent written German and English skills
• Ideally, even prior experience with Protel Air (if not, you'll definitely learn something with us)
