• Ensuring smooth operations in our breakfast restaurant

• Ensuring the necessary mise en place

• Seamless collaboration with the kitchen and other departments

• Attending to and advising guests during breakfast

• Preparing and managing the breakfast buffet

• Responsibility for the cleanliness of the buffet and breakfast restaurant

• Preparing for meetings

• Creating work and vacation schedules

• Conducting internal coaching and planning training sessions

• Ordering food and beverages

• Conducting month-end inventories
