• Contributing to the smooth operation of our breakfast restaurant

• Ensuring the necessary mise en place

• Seamless collaboration with the kitchen and other departments

• Welcoming and attending to guests

• Stocking the breakfast buffet

• Preparing egg dishes (scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs), frying sausages and bacon, fruit salad, and slicing cold cuts and cheese

• Attractive presentation of platters and dishes on the buffet

• Responsibility for the cleanliness of the buffet and breakfast restaurant

• Preparing for conferences

• Supervising coffee breaks during conferences and meetings
