• Administrative and operational management of the Front Office & Housekeeping and Technical departments

• Optimization and monitoring of workflows in the respective departments

• Guidance and training of the respective employees

• Scheduling/personnel planning

• Employee motivation and conducting performance reviews

• Complaint management

• Measuring customer satisfaction and reviewing and further developing the quality of services

• Guidance of employees on maintaining order and cleanliness, adhering to hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Determining the need for goods and materials according to departmental orders and existing stock levels

• Evaluating offers and assessing suppliers

• Supporting the team in daily operations
