• Ensuring the smooth technical operation of the individual buildings
• Obtaining and reviewing quotes and contracts (maintenance contracts, repair quotes for various technical systems)
• Collaborating with hotel management on all building-related matters
• Supporting the sales manager in providing input to the executive team

We're a good fit if you have the following:

• Interest in a role with development opportunities and a willingness to contribute your ideas
• A desire for a varied role within a friendly team
• Professional experience in a comparable position and ideally, training/studies/further education in the relevant field
• 2 years of professional experience in contract management and building technology (technical property manager/property supervisor, building technician). Preferably with experience in the hotel industry
• Good German and English skills
• Good computer skills in MS Office
• Solution-oriented and open-minded personality
