• Implementation and support of new property management software (including project coordination and interface communication)
• Point of contact for our tenants and landlords
• Review and processing of utility bills
• Management and support for lease amendments and extensions
• Maintenance and updating of leases and master data in the software
• Monitoring and management of contract durations, deadlines, extension options, and adjustment clauses to ensure the timely and compliant implementation of contractual agreements

We're a good fit if you have the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on real estate (e.g., real estate agent, property manager)
• Experience with property management software (e.g., iX-Haus, Domus, Immoware, or similar)
• Technical understanding of software implementations and processes
• Independent and structured work style
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Proficient in MS Office Office
