• Independently identifying defects and carrying out all necessary repairs and maintenance work in the building and on the grounds

• Technical monitoring, active inspection, and maintenance of technical systems, thus ensuring trouble-free operation

• Monitoring and adherence to maintenance intervals

• Coordination and supervision of personnel employed on-site by external companies

• Coordination of all maintenance work within the building with other departments

• Compliance with legal regulations regarding safety, occupational health and safety, fire protection, and the operation of technical systems

• Maintenance of the grounds and winter services

We are a good fit if you possess the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or in another technical field (qualified electrician)

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry

• A good basic understanding of technical and structural challenges

• Sound knowledge and experience regarding building maintenance

• Excellent technical understanding and know-how

• An independent, dedicated, and reliable work ethic, commitment, initiative, and Flexibility

• You are a responsible individual characterized by reliability, resilience, and teamwork skills.

• A clean and well-groomed appearance, a friendly and open demeanor, and enjoyment in interacting with international guests are essential.
