• Ensuring smooth operations in the reception and bar areas

• Providing excellent service to our international guests and handling all their requests and needs professionally

• Checking guests in and out using the PMS "Protel Air"

• Completing the daily closing procedures

• Preparing all lists for the day shift

• Answering and forwarding phone calls and messages

• Conducting security patrols throughout the hotel

We're a great fit if you have the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist
• Proficiency in current, standard hotel software – Protel Air experience is a plus
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong guest orientation and friendly demeanor
• Appealing and well-groomed appearance
• You see yourself as a host and enjoy interacting with people. You are a dedicated service provider and take pride in your daily work.

• Good written and spoken German and English skills; any additional language is an advantage
