• And much more! ### Your responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the department head, you will be jointly responsible for market- and revenue-oriented pricing across various booking channels and customer segments.

• You will systematically monitor and analyze the market with regard to seasonal pricing.

• You will contribute to the design of internal reporting systems and the execution of relevant analyses.

• You will develop pricing models for optimization and take on projects to optimize yield management.

We are a good fit if you have the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or tourism industry and initial experience in the front office or reservations department.
• Market knowledge and expertise in using online booking portals.
• Analytical thinking, a strong understanding of numbers, and experience using Excel.
• Experience using a channel manager, such as Hotelpartner.
• Ideally, knowledge of the hotel software PROTEL AIR.
• A precise, independent, and structured work style.
• A desire to develop within our growing PLAZA Hotelgroup.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
