  • Independent site management

  • Construction scheduling

  • Coordination and monitoring of all trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.

  • Experience in tendering and awarding contracts for various trades

  • Responsibility for adherence to schedules and deadlines

  • Quality and cost control

  • Defect detection and rectification

  • Point of contact for management, employees, and external companies

  • Scheduling of construction team deployment

  • Creation of CAD drawings or similar software

  • Willingness to travel

We're a good fit if you have the following qualifications:

  • Several years of professional experience as a site manager in interior construction

  • Sound knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) and legal regulations, such as occupational safety, environmental regulations, etc.

  • Completed vocational training (technician, interior designer, engineer, or master craftsman)

  • Technical and building services understanding

  • Organizational skills and assertiveness as well as a high sense of responsibility

  • Excellent German language skills
