The foundation stone for the PLAZA HOTEL GROUP was laid in 2002. The company of the same name was established in 2013.
Our core competence is the operating of our own and leased business hotels. The focused and efficient central management and administration of our hotels takes place in our Heilbronn headquarters and Hamburg. Our competent management is composed of experts from the fields of Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Human Resources, Controlling, Accounting and Payroll Administration.

Yonca und Ihsan Yalaz
The Master of Business Administration (Dipl.Betriebswirt) Ihsan Yalaz is the sole shareholder of the Plaza Hotelgroup GmbH. In addition, he is also the sole owner of the first hotel in Heilbronn, which he continues to manage. His wife Yonca Yalaz, who had previously worked as a Sales Manager for international pharmaceutical companies for many years, was appointed as Managing Director of the Plaza Hotelgroup GmbH as well as all the corporation's subsidiaries.
The mission of the PLAZA Hotelgroup is to generate the best result and the optimal return on investment for investors and customers. This is achieved by means of customised management solutions, providing the highest service standards covering all areas of an international hotel management group.
Our diverse range of services comprises the whole spectrum of Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Human Resources. Together with the operative management teams in the existing hotels, the company thus possesses all the necessary resources and expertise to be able to integrate other hotels into the existing organisational structure and successfully and profitably manage them.
In addition to the successful management of hotel operations, the PLAZA Hotelgroup possesses expertise in the development, shaping and support of hotel brands, such as the famous AMEDIA brands. The PLAZA Hotelgroup provides detailed feasibility studies with market analyses and well-founded concepts.
