Management
The foundation for the PLAZA Hotelgroup were laid as early as 2002 by the corporate couple Yonca and Ihsan Yalaz, and in 2013 the GmbH of the same name was established with headquarters in Heilbronn.
The mission of the PLAZA Hotelgroup is to generate the best result and the optimal return on investment for investors and customers. This is achieved by means of customised management solutions, providing the highest service standards covering all areas of an international hotel management group.
Our diverse range of services comprises the whole spectrum of Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Human Resources. Together with the operative management teams in the existing hotels, the company thus possesses all the necessary resources and expertise to be able to integrate other hotels into the existing organisational structure and successfully and profitably manage them.
