Management and organization of your own station

Shared responsibility for implementing legal and company-specific occupational safety and hygiene regulations

Shared responsibility for the smooth scheduling of assigned employees and their training

Active participation in the preparation of hot and cold dishes

Shared responsibility for ensuring smooth kitchen operations

Ordering supplies for your station

Checking deliveries for quality, freshness, and completeness
