Your responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth operations in our breakfast restaurant/kitchen
Ensuring the necessary mise en place
Seamless collaboration between the kitchen, service, and other departments
Attending to and advising guests during breakfast
Preparing, maintaining, and cleaning up the breakfast buffet
Responsibility for the cleanliness of the buffet and breakfast restaurant, as well as the kitchen
